Google account data: When you connect Google services (Gmail, Calendar), we receive an OAuth access token and refresh token. We use these only to perform actions you explicitly request through your AI agent (reading emails, managing calendar events).
Conversation data: Messages exchanged with your AI agents are stored to enable conversation history and continuity.
Usage data: Aggregated statistics about agent usage and conversation counts.
2. How We Use Your Data
To operate your AI agents and fulfill the tasks you configure them to perform.
To read and summarize emails when you have connected Gmail and asked your agent to do so.
To create, read, and update calendar events when you have connected Google Calendar.
To send SMS/voice messages through Twilio if you have configured a phone integration.
We never use your data to train AI models or share it with third parties for advertising.
3. Google User Data
MonisAI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We only request the minimum Google scopes necessary for your configured agent features.
Google credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
You can disconnect Google access at any time from your agent's Connections tab.
We do not share your Google data with any third parties.
4. Data Security
All credentials and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. We do not store plaintext passwords.
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your agents and account at any time, which will permanently remove your data.
